College Football Week 5

The Iowa Hawkeyes knocked off Wisconsin on the road last Saturday 10-6. It was not a pretty game, but they came away with the win. The offense couldn't get anything going in the second half, but held the Badgers to only three points. Iowa is the only team left in the nation that hasn't allowed a rushing touchdown. The defense really stepped up when they needed to. Desmond King came up with two interceptions, putting him at five for the season. The Hawkeyes are now 5-0 on the season, one of 20 undefeated teams left. They also sit atop the western division at 1-0 with Northwestern and Illinois. They play Illinois at home this week.

Top Games of the Week
Last week I was 9-3, putting e at 35-18 for the season. Only two games with top 25 teams going head-to-head this week.

Navy at Notre Dame: Notre Dame is coming off their first loss of the season, and Navy is still unbeaten. Notre Dame 28 Navy 23

Georgia Tech at Clemson: Georgia Tech really needs a win to salvage their season. Clemson looks pretty sharp right now and they're tough to beat at home. Clemson 31 Georgia Tech 21

Miami at Florida State: Florida State is undefeated, but they haven't looked too impressive. The Canes are coming off their first loss of the season. Florida State 21 Miami 17

Northwestern at Michigan: Two of the best defenses in the country going at it in this one. Northwestern 13 Michigan 10

Illinois at Iowa: Illinois looks like they've improved since last year, and the Hawkeyes are rolling right now. Iowa 31 Illinois 21

New Mexico at Nevada: The Lobos came back to knock off in-state rival, New Mexico State, last week. Nevada has struggled this year. New Mexico 34 Nevada 27

Oklahoma State at West Virginia: I think this game is going to be a great one, most likely a high scoring one. West Virginia 42 Oklahoma State 35

TCU at Kansas State: Can TCU stay undefeated? I think the Wildcats will hang for awhile. TCU 45 Kansas State 31

California at Utah: Cal might have the best QB in the country, Jared Goff, so they'll definitely have a chance to win. Utah 34 Cal 31

Florida at Missouri: Florida has been the surprise of the season. I honestly wasn't sure if they'd make a bowl game this year with their schedule. Florida 27 Missouri 21

Georgia at Tennessee: Tennessee has been another surprise this year, I thought they'd be much better. Can Georgia bounce back after an embarrassing loss at home to Alabama? Georgia 27 Tennessee 21

Arkansas at Alabama: Arkansas had a much needed win against Tennessee, and Alabama rolled against Georgia. Alabama 38 Arkansas 27
